IF you choose our Click & Collect option please be aware that there are certain terms and conditions (T's&C's) that must be met when you collect your order.
A) IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD
(T's&C's) are:
YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING WHEN YOU COLLECT YOUR ORDER
- An electronic or print version of the order confirmation you receive after placing the order; AND
- The SAME credit card used to make the purchase; AND
- Your driver’s licence where the name and address MUST match your web order details
Please note that you will be UNABLE TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER WITHOUT THESE ITEMS. These conditions are to protect everyone from fraudulent activity.
B) IF PAYING BY ANY OTHER OPTION - Afterpay, Zippay etc
(T's&C's) are:
- The details of the person paying for the order MUST match the customer details entered for the web order. Eg. John Smith CANNOT pay for an order using Afterpay and then enter Mary Jones as the customer details for the order. If John Smith pays for the order, then John Smith must collect the order with ID as below.

Velectrix Step Through Cruiser - so cool!
The Cruiser ST features a low step-through frame design, allowing you to mount and dismount this ebike with ease. Featuring 8 easy to use gears, shifting gears is smooth, quick and will assist you tackling the hills. A powerful set of hydraulic disc brakes, with 160mm rotors front and rear, will safely pull the bike to a halt in all weather conditions. The Bafang 250 watt rear hub produces 48nm of torque to make light work of headwinds and hills on your daily cruise. A fully frame integrated 11.6ah (417 watt hour) Samsung battery can assist your riding up to a distance of 60km's, and be fully recharged in a speedy 4 hours. With a laid-back riding position, swept back handlebars, and oversized saddle and balloon tyres, this bike is super comfortable and a joy to ride.
