Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This applies to all items with the exception of bikes and scooters which have a 7 day return policy that is subject to very strict terms and conditions. Returns of bikes or scooters are at managements absolute discretion.

FAULTY ITEMS OR INCORRECT ITEM SUPPLIED

Requests for repairs, refunds or exchanges for faulty items will be assessed as soon as possible by management who will advise you of the outcome.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase. But if it’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. T's&C's below.
  • Bicycles and scooters are excluded from change-of-mind returns. 
  • Please contact us at wollongong@bikehub.com.au before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.
  • Return postage is paid by the customer.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and labels intact.
  • Exchanges - Once we receive and check your item/s, we’ll refund or charge any price difference and ship out your new order. 
  • Refunds - Once we receive and check your item/s, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method promptly.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

GIFT VOUCHERS

We do not accept returns on Gift Vouchers

REFUNDED MONIES

Any refund amounts approved will be refunded to the original payment method.
