SHIPPING

For all orders of $150 or over shipping is FREE (excludes scooters)

For all orders less than $150 shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 (excludes scooters)

For all complete scooters, shipping is $25 per scooter

Orders are shipped within 2 business days and have tracking

INSTORE COLLECTION/CLICK & COLLECT

Some items are only available for instore pickup eg some bulky/heavy items. To purchase these items, select the In-store Pickup option at checkout.

Bicycles are only available for instore pickup. All bicycles come fully assembled with 12 months free service.

Your order will be processed as soon as possible. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for collection. A staff member may also contact you by phone.

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT IT IS READY.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE EMAIL NOTIFICATION YOU RECEIVE TO ENSURE YOU BRING ALL THE NECESSARY ITEMS WHEN COLLECTING YOUR ORDER.

IF you choose our Click & Collect option please be aware that there are certain terms and conditions (T's&C's) that must be met when you collect your order.

A) IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD
(T's&C's) are:
YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING WHEN YOU COLLECT YOUR ORDER
1. An electronic or print version of the order confirmation you receive after placing the order; AND
2. The SAME credit card used to make the purchase; AND
3. Your driver’s licence where the name and address MUST match your web order details
Please note that you will be UNABLE TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER WITHOUT THESE ITEMS. These conditions are to protect everyone from fraudulent activity.

B) IF PAYING BY ANY OTHER OPTION - Afterpay, Zippay etc
(T's&C's) are:
The details of the person paying for the order MUST match the customer details entered for the web order. Eg. John Smith CANNOT pay for an order using Afterpay and then enter Mary Jones as the customer details for the order. If John Smith pays for the order, then John Smith must collect the order with ID as below.

2. Your driver’s licence where the name and address MUST match your web order details
Please note that you will be UNABLE TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER WITHOUT THESE ITEMS. These conditions are to protect everyone from fraudulent activity.
HOWEVER, if you are unable to meet these conditions but would still like to make a purchase, eg you would like a family member/friend to collect your order for you, please call/contact us for alternative arrangements BEFORE placing your order.
