IF you choose our Click & Collect option please be aware that there are certain terms and conditions (T's&C's) that must be met when you collect your order.
A) IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD
(T's&C's) are:
YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING WHEN YOU COLLECT YOUR ORDER
- An electronic or print version of the order confirmation you receive after placing the order; AND
- The SAME credit card used to make the purchase; AND
- Your driver’s licence where the name and address MUST match your web order details
Please note that you will be UNABLE TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER WITHOUT THESE ITEMS. These conditions are to protect everyone from fraudulent activity.
B) IF PAYING BY ANY OTHER OPTION - Afterpay, Zippay etc
(T's&C's) are:
- The details of the person paying for the order MUST match the customer details entered for the web order. Eg. John Smith CANNOT pay for an order using Afterpay and then enter Mary Jones as the customer details for the order. If John Smith pays for the order, then John Smith must collect the order with ID as below.

- Your driver’s licence where the name and address MUST match your web order details

The Thule Apex XT 4-Bike Hitch Rack is a premium hanging hitch bike rack providing superior bike protection and multiple size options to fit the needs of two people or an entire family.
• Bikes are safe and secure during transport thanks to 7” of spacing between each bike
• Quickly attach bikes and easily secure them to the rack using the ratcheting cradle strap
• Compact cradle design accommodates wide variety of bike sizes/frame styles
• Lock bikes to the rack using the integrated cable lock (lock included)
• Easily fold down bike arms when rack is not in use
• Convenient access to the rear of the vehicle using the HitchSwitch lever to tilt the rack down
