A) IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD
(T's&C's) are:
YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING WHEN YOU COLLECT YOUR ORDER
- An electronic or print version of the order confirmation you receive after placing the order; AND
- The SAME credit card used to make the purchase; AND
- Your driver’s licence where the name and address MUST match your web order details
Please note that you will be UNABLE TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER WITHOUT THESE ITEMS. These conditions are to protect everyone from fraudulent activity.
B) IF PAYING BY ANY OTHER OPTION - Afterpay, Zippay etc
(T's&C's) are:
- The details of the person paying for the order MUST match the customer details entered for the web order. Eg. John Smith CANNOT pay for an order using Afterpay and then enter Mary Jones as the customer details for the order. If John Smith pays for the order, then John Smith must collect the order with ID as below.

The versatile and rugged Reaction Hybrid Performance is built around Bosch's quiet, powerful Performance Line motor with 75Nm torque. It's Bosch smart system-equipped and fitted with a 500Wh battery for miles of pedal assistance. There's a clever flat mount for an optional kickstand, an option to add an integrated frame lock, and mounting points for a multi-tool or lock under the top tube. We even incorporated a tool into the seat clamp, while internal cable routing plus an innovative speed sensor setup translate to clean lines and minimal maintenance. And, with Size Split, it's easy to find the perfect fit for you.
