CLICK AND COLLECT ORDERS
Please note the instructions and procedure for contactless Click and Collect orders.
- Place and pay for your order online.
- Wait for a staff member to contact you to advise your order is ready for collection.
- Ensure you have all the items required to bring with you when you come to collect your order. Details are in you order confirmation email.
- When you arrive at the store to collect your order, please remain in your vehicle and call the store. WE WILL NOT COME TO THE DOOR TO DISCUSS YOUR ORDER
- A staff member will then instruct you on how you will receive your order.
IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY THAT YOU FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE EXTRA PHONE LINES, YOU MAY EXPERIENCE A DELAY IN GETTING THROUGH TO OUR STAFF. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ALLOW A LITTLE EXTRA TIME WHEN COMING TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER. BE KIND TO OUR STAFF WHO ARE WORKING VERY HARD AND DOING THEIR BEST TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN A TIMELY MANNER.

BICYCLE REPAIRS AND SERVICE
We are still conducting bicycle service and repairs. If you would like to have your bicycle serviced and/or repaired, please note the instructions and procedure.
- Phone the store you would like to use to briefly discuss your requirements and to make a booking if necessary
- Bring the bicycle to the store on the day advised
- When you arrive you MUST PHONE THE STORE
- You will be instructed on how we will receive the bicycle from you
- WE WILL NOT DISCUSS YOUR REQUIREMENTS THROUGH THE DOOR.
- We will inspect your bicycle on the nominated booking day and phone you to discuss your options.
