IF you choose our Click & Collect option please be aware that there are certain terms and conditions (T's&C's) that must be met when you collect your order.
A) IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD
(T's&C's) are:
YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING WHEN YOU COLLECT YOUR ORDER
- An electronic or print version of the order confirmation you receive after placing the order; AND
- The SAME credit card used to make the purchase; AND
- Your driver’s licence where the name and address MUST match your web order details
Please note that you will be UNABLE TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER WITHOUT THESE ITEMS. These conditions are to protect everyone from fraudulent activity.
B) IF PAYING BY ANY OTHER OPTION - Afterpay, Zippay etc
(T's&C's) are:
- The details of the person paying for the order MUST match the customer details entered for the web order. Eg. John Smith CANNOT pay for an order using Afterpay and then enter Mary Jones as the customer details for the order. If John Smith pays for the order, then John Smith must collect the order with ID as below.
- An electronic or print version of the order confirmation you receive after placing the order; AND
- Your driver’s licence where the name and address MUST match your web order details

City, trail or both... The Ascent 29 features 100mm suspension forks and chunky 29” x 2.2” tyres, so is ready for a day on the trails and/or the commute to work
Crisp shifting. The Ascent 29 is fitted with 9 easy to use, but very effective gears, to make climbing hills a breeze.
Stop on a dime. A powerful set of hydraulic disc brakes, with 180mm rotors front and rear, will safely pull the bike to a halt in all weather conditions.
Power when you need it.. The powerful Bafang 250 watt rear hub motor produces 48nm of torque. when you need it most, making light work of headwinds and hills on your daily ride.
Removable battery. A fully frame integrated 11.6ah (417 watt hour) Samsung battery can assist your riding up to a distance of 60km’s, and be fully recharged in a speedy 4 hours.
Take control. The Ascent 29 features a userfriendly LCD display, showing your speed, battery capacity, and distance travelled. You can also easily select one of the 5 levels of pedal assist, low to high.
