IF you choose our Click & Collect option please be aware that there are certain terms and conditions (T's&C's) that must be met when you collect your order.
A) IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD
(T's&C's) are:
YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING WHEN YOU COLLECT YOUR ORDER
- An electronic or print version of the order confirmation you receive after placing the order; AND
- The SAME credit card used to make the purchase; AND
- Your driver’s licence where the name and address MUST match your web order details
Please note that you will be UNABLE TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER WITHOUT THESE ITEMS. These conditions are to protect everyone from fraudulent activity.
B) IF PAYING BY ANY OTHER OPTION - Afterpay, Zippay etc
(T's&C's) are:
- The details of the person paying for the order MUST match the customer details entered for the web order. Eg. John Smith CANNOT pay for an order using Afterpay and then enter Mary Jones as the customer details for the order. If John Smith pays for the order, then John Smith must collect the order with ID as below.
- An electronic or print version of the order confirmation you receive after placing the order; AND
- Your driver’s licence where the name and address MUST match your web order details
