A) IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD
(T's&C's) are:
YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING WHEN YOU COLLECT YOUR ORDER
- An electronic or print version of the order confirmation you receive after placing the order; AND
- The SAME credit card used to make the purchase; AND
- Your driver’s licence where the name and address MUST match your web order details

B) IF PAYING BY ANY OTHER OPTION - Afterpay, Zippay etc
(T's&C's) are:
- The details of the person paying for the order MUST match the customer details entered for the web order. Eg. NB: Laws across Australia are not consistent, understand the local requirements for ebikes and under 18s. Bikes ride differently with weight and passengers, and when over-loaded can be extremely dangerous. We generally recommend no more than 40kg (around 12 yrs old) as a rear pillion passenger or load, and the person in command of the bike should never carry a passenger or load more than â…” of their body weight, or, a load they cannot physically handle.
