We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we’ve kept our Warranty & Returns process simple and fair at Wollongong Bike Hub.
All items (except bikes and scooters) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Just let us know and we'll guide you through it. For bikes and scooters, returns are handled under a strict 7-day return policy, at management's discretion.

We do not ship bikes, however, bikes are available for in-store pickup and come fully assembled ready to ride.
Shippable Items:
- Orders $150 or over: Free Shipping
- Orders under $150: $9.95 Flat rate shipping
All orders are shipped within two business days and include tracking, allowing you to keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.
