I think this is the best bike shop in Australia. I ordered some bar tape for my gravel bike. They accidentally sent the wrong tape. When I notified them they said to keep it and they’ll send out the proper one. This is service at its best. I told them that they have a customer for life.
Bike hub's team has always been super professional, knowledgeable and very reasonable in work proposed an pricing. We've brought a number of bikes (5-6?) here in the last year or so we have been in wollongong.
I know a number of places in Sydney who will charge you north of $100 for a simple service and ask you to book 3 weeks in advance... Well here at Bike Hub, let's say you'll get a better service =D
