IF you choose our Click & Collect option please be aware that there are certain terms and conditions (T's&C's) that must be met when you collect your order.
A) IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD
(T's&C's) are:
YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING WHEN YOU COLLECT YOUR ORDER
- An electronic or print version of the order confirmation you receive after placing the order; AND
- The SAME credit card used to make the purchase; AND
- Your driver’s licence where the name and address MUST match your web order details
Please note that you will be UNABLE TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER WITHOUT THESE ITEMS. These conditions are to protect everyone from fraudulent activity.
B) IF PAYING BY ANY OTHER OPTION - Afterpay, Zippay etc
(T's&C's) are:
- The details of the person paying for the order MUST match the customer details entered for the web order. Eg. John Smith CANNOT pay for an order using Afterpay and then enter Mary Jones as the customer details for the order. If John Smith pays for the order, then John Smith must collect the order with ID as below.
- An electronic or print version of the order confirmation you receive after placing the order; AND
- Your driver’s licence where the name and address MUST match your web order details

The Park Tool IB-3 Multi-Tool is a complete take-along bike tool combining our award-winning I-Beam design with a full array of 15 emergency tools. The IB-3 includes virtually every tool you could need for most trailside repairs. Includes eight hex wrenches, a T25 Torx-compatible driver, and flat blade screwdriver, for on-the-ride adjustment of brakes, handlebars, saddles, or derailleurs. The integrated chain tool is useful for emergency chain repair and can also be used for complete chain removal and installation. The composite-wrapped tire lever can be a lifesaver when dealing with a flat tyre, and includes integrated spoke wrenches for triage of loose or broken spokes.
